Pick-up points

Trios of truffle trees must be collected from a nursery near you in May 2023. Below is a list of cities served by :

  • Sherbrooke
  • Granby
  • Laval
  • Brossard/Laprairie
  • Repentigny/L’Assomption
  • Trois-Rivières
  • Quebec

The address and pick-up date will be confirmed by e-mail by May 1, 2023.

Truffes Québec reserves the right to relocate a pick-up point within a 50 km radius of the towns indicated above.

Delivery: Truffle trees can easily be damaged during delivery. We therefore give priority to pick-up at the various collection points in Quebec.

Warranty

NB: For the Truffes Québec quality guarantee to apply, truffle trees must be fitted with a protective tube. Although Truffes Québec protection tubes are recommended, you are free to buy them from a retailer near you.

Guaranteed against loss/mortality for a period of twelve (12) months after taking possession.

It is understood that losses/mortalities resulting directly or indirectly from poor tree maintenance, use not in accordance with the instructions given to the customer or from any fault or damage caused by the customer, bad weather or damage caused by animals and other pests will not be covered.

When applicable, the warranty includes the replacement of affected trees according to nursery availability. Excluding delivery charges. Non-refundable.

The customer must keep the defective tree and have photos to prove the problem.

Truffle trees must have been planted & maintained according to the instructions given to the customer. Although each tree has been meticulously inoculated, we can in no way guarantee truffle production.

Procedure

To submit a warranty request, please send us an e-mail with the following information:

  • Tree identification.
  • A clear photo of the entire tree and its surroundings.
  • A close-up photo showing the bark and buds.
  • Description of symptoms observed.
  • A description of the actions you have taken (planting date, watering frequency, etc.).
  • A telephone number and the best time to reach you.

We will contact you within 7 days to try to determine the cause of the problem.

Trees covered by our warranty will be, according to your preference :

  • Replaced (if available)
  • Credits to your account for your next purchase
