Our mission
Truffes Québec’s mission is to actively participate in the revaluation of Québec soils by being a key player in the supply of truffle-host trees, by contributing to the development of know-how and knowledge of truffle culture, and by facilitating the production and distribution of truffles produced in Québec.
One day... a little tree will grow big and you'll harvest truffles!
