What seemed like pure fiction in the film Truffe (2008) is becoming reality in Quebec! Thanks to Jérôme Quirion, a mycology enthusiast, the Appalachian truffle is taking root in our soil. With his company Arborinnov , which now rents its greenhouse and the land where the truffle orchard is located to Truffes Québec, he cultivates local and European truffles, promising a gourmet (and lucrative) future for Quebec truffle farming.
