In this article from August 13, 2020, Radio-Canada highlights that in Saint-Léonard-d'Aston, the truffle farm Les Rabassaires, the first in Quebec, cultivates native truffles on 3 hectares, with 2,000 specially inoculated trees. This family project led by Maude Lemire-Comeau , her partner and her brother, could produce up to 300 kg of truffles per year.
