Two conferences on truffle cultivation coming this autumn!

This autumn, Truffes Québec will present two conferences on truffle cultivation. 🌱🍄

The first will be held virtually and presented thanks to Gourmet Sauvage. It is an exclusive conference for participants in the training "A season in the forest". If you are interested, the waiting list for the 2027 cohort is open.

Title: Local truffles: harvesting and cultivation of an exceptional product

The second will take place as part of the Kamouraska Forest Mushroom Festival, at the Biopterre Conference Zone. Admission to the festival is free, as is the conference, which will be presented at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
