We've discovered that Quebec is teeming with wild truffles, and the first agricultural plantations are already underway. The star? The Appalachian truffle, a native treasure with exceptional flavors.

Lionel Levac takes us to Saint-Léonard-d'Aston, to the Les Rabassaires truffle farm, where the pioneers of Truffes Québec and ArborInnov are celebrating their first "fruits." But be warned: even if the enthusiasm is palpable, we'll have to wait a little longer before witnessing the rise of a real Quebec truffle market.
