Truffes Québec is establishing local truffle cultivation: Production launched and new variety discovered at Lac Brome - Agro Québec

October 31, 2024 marks a turning point for Truffes Québec, which celebrates both the successful start-up of a young truffle orchard in Estrie and the discovery of a promising new truffle at Lac Brome. Thanks to its scientific and sustainable approach, the company confirms its role as a leader in truffle cultivation in Quebec, with more than 100,000 trees planted at 75 producers across the province.
