October 17, 2024 — A historic first in Quebec!
Truffes Québec announces the sale of the very first kilo of Appalachian truffles, marking a turning point in Quebec gastronomy.
After years of research, more than 100,000 trees planted and the involvement of 75 producers, this milestone celebrates the union of terroir, science and passion.
Praised by chefs like Stéphane Modat and François-Emmanuel Nicol, these native truffles promise to transform local cuisine.
And this is just the beginning: Truffes Québec already plans to increase production and promote this unique resource through, among other things, its line of products under the brand Les Truffettes .
